《Free Size Adjustment Within 7 Days》
Ring Size – One free ring size adjustment within 7 days of purchase, limited to ±1 size.
Length – One free shortening adjustment within 7 days of purchase. For lengthening, please refer to the processing fee schedule.
*After 7 days, resizing will be assessed on-site based on the style, including waiting time and alteration fees.
*Ring resizing fee starts from approximately NT$300 per ring.
*For delicate necklaces and rings, please avoid snagging or squeezing to prevent breakage and deformation.
*Repair of Jewelry Sold by Our Store
Our staff will assess and repair the item based on its current condition.
* Before any repair or maintenance, please fully confirm the repair details. Sawing, welding, and other processing all require waiting time and will incur a labor fee.
Loss, deformation or breakage caused by human error, missing diamonds, plating peeling, and wear and tear from prolonged wear are not covered under warranty.
You can bring your item back for on-site evaluation and repair at a rework cost.

This includes jewelry cleaning and finishing, ring reshaping, polishing, and sulfurizing.
*Other materials may incur processing fees depending on the procedures required for maintenance.

Weekdays (11:00-18:00): Approximately 30 minutes or more.
Weekends & Public Holidays (11:00-15:00): Approximately 1 hour or more.
Maintenance items submitted during collection hours can be picked up on the same day.
Waiting and pickup times are subject to on-site assessment by staff.
"If cannot wait, Please assess whether you need maintenance yourself, or come back another day to pick up the items."
Or, we can send it back to you by registered mail at your own expense.
Yan Cheng Metal Workshop also reserves the right to accept or refuse repairs and maintenance.
